- These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials relating to the SEND DUREX NUDE Giveaway and Prize Draw (together, the “Promotion”). Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
- The Promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over except for employees of the Reckitt group, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with the Promotion. In entering the Promotion you confirm that you are eligible to do so.

Giveaway Promotion
- We have 1000 packs of Durex Nude 6 packs (“Durex Nude Packs”) to give away on a first come, first served basis to consumers who follow the link from the Durex Instagram page and follow the checkout process.
- One redemption per person.
- The Giveaway Promotion opens when the promotional post is posted on Instagram and closes once 1000 items have been claimed or at 23:59 on 15/09/2024, whichever is earlier (the “Promotion Period”). No claims will be accepted after the end of the Promotion Period. Claims must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Late, incomplete, illegible or defaced claims will not be accepted.
- To redeem your free Durex Nude 6s, you must click on the link included in the Durex UK Instagram bio which will direct you to the Durex website.
- The landing page will automatically add a promotional pack of Durex Nude 6s to your basket.
- Follow the checkout process to redeem your free pack of Durex Nude 6s.
- To be eligible for the Prize Draw in Section 4, you must opt in to receiving marketing and promotional e-mails from Reckitt on the Durex brand at checkout. The decision to opt in to receive marketing and promotional e-mails is fully voluntary, however only consumers opted in to receive marketing and promotional e-mails will be considered as eligible to enter the subsequent Prize Draw as described in section 4 of the Terms and Conditions.

Prize Draw
- Those consumers who received a free pack of Durex Nude 6s and opted in to receiving marketing and promotional e-mails from Reckitt on the Durex brand (“Qualifying Entrants”) will be invited via e-mail to leave a review on the Durex.co.uk website.
- Qualifying Entrants who leave a review between 00:01 23/09/24 and 23:59 06/10/24 will be automatically entered into a draw to win a year’s supply of Durex Nude Condoms which will consist of 13 packs of Durex Nude Condom 30 count.
- Qualifying Entrants agree that:
- all reviews submitted are accurate and reflect the entrant’s true opinion of the product being reviewed;
- the content submitted for the review is original and created by the entrant;
- the Promoter may use the content for promotional purposes and the entrant will not be entitled to any compensation for such use.
- There will be one winner (the “Winner”).
- The Winner will be selected by a random draw generator from all compliant entries received. The Winner will be notified by e-mail within a maximum of 28 days of the Promotion closing. The Promoter’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Prize must be claimed within 7 days of the Winner being notified. If the Winner fails to claim their Prize within this time period then the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative Winner.
- The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-negotiable. There is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part thereof) for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original Prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
- The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries which contain content which is in the Promoter’s opinion defamatory, indecent, malicious or otherwise inappropriate.
- By entering the Prize Draw the Winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity as the Promoter may require.
- In no circumstances is this Promotion in any way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok or any other social media channel.
- Any entries or claims via third parties or syndicates, applications by macros or other automated means and participants which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, fraudulently falsifying data, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant's redemptions or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these participants will be disqualified, and any redemptions cancelled.
- Participation in the Promotion is at the participant’s sole risk. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses, or claims (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) suffered by participants or any third parties arising out of or in connection with the Promotion. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to any participant or any other person relating to or resulting from participation this Promotion save that nothing in these terms and conditions shall act to limit or exclude the Promoter’s liability resulting from its negligence or fraud.
- The Promoter reserves the right to (i) cancel, amend, withdraw or suspend this Promotion or any part of it, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual’s claim, and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants).
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.

Privacy Policy:
- The Promoter is in the role of data controller responsible for the processing of personal data. The Promoter is committed to protecting the data privacy rights of all participants, in strict compliance with any applicable Data Protection Law in the UK, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. The Promoter confirms that any personal data, processed in connection with the Promotion, will only be collected, saved or processed for the purposes of the administration of the “Durex Nudes Giveaway & Prize Draw” (hereinafter the “Promotion”) unless participants have consented to the processing of their personal data for different purposes on our website(s), including direct marketing and sharing personal data with third-party controllers for the analysis of their consumption habits and their propensity to purchase.

- Categories of personal data – Within the Promotion, the Promoter will collect from the participants the following categories of personal data through the Durex website: participants’ name, surname, nickname of the designated social media account, address for delivery, contact details (email, phone number). Provided that the participant would further like to leave the review to be eligible to join the Prize Draw, the information contained in the review will be processed as well. In case of the final Promotion winner, the original address for delivery will be utilised to deliver the final prize. The winner is responsible to notify the Promoter in case of any changes related to the address for delivery.
Provided that the participants will further consent to direct marketing on the Promoter´s website, Promoter may further utilise participants´ email address for marketing purposes as described on the Durex website.
- Purpose of the processing and legal basis – Participants’ personal data submitted in connection with the Promotion will be processed by the Promoter for the purpose of administering and managing the Promotion and, in particular, to (i) allow participants to enter in the Promotion, (ii) administer the Promotion, and (iii) deliver the prize and giveaway products. Legal basis for this processing of participants’ personal data are these Terms & Conditions, which represent a contractual agreement between participants and the Promoter [ 6 (1) (b) (UK) GDPR].
Participant’s personal data is also processed for further purposes only if they consented to such additional purposes. With participants’ consent, personal data is also processed for (i) promoting the Promoter’s products related to designated brands in portfolio via email as part of broader Promoter’s direct marketing strategy [art. 6 (1) (a) (UK) GDPR].
- Data retention – The Promoter will only retain participants’ personal data as long as reasonably required for the purposes as set out in this privacy policy or otherwise to comply with legal or regulatory requirements applicable to the Promoter. When participants’ personal data is processed (i) for the performance of a contract with the Promoter, the Promoter retains participants’ personal data for a period of 7 years following the end of the Promotion (solely for winners); (ii) for meeting legal and regulatory requirements, the Promoter retains participants’ personal data as it is set out by applicable laws; and (iii) in all other cases, participants’ personal data is processed for up to 2 years from the date of last interaction with participants (specifically for marketing purposes unless the participant opts-out from the newsletter distribution).
- Data sharing – Personal data collected within the Promotion will be accessed, as data processor(s), by our third-party vendor(s) providing support and assistance in relation to the Promoter’s website, database or IT services and software.
Notwithstanding the above, and in order to ensure transparency for the management of the promotion on social media, we state that, Meta is the controller of personal data of all users and visitors of the social network processed in general during its operation and also during the operation of other Meta products, such as Instagram. At the same time, we would like to inform you that when managing the Promoter's profile on the social network, the Promoter and Meta may become joint controllers of your personal data, given that the social network provides the Promoter with so-called site overviews, which are summary of data about how people communicate with the Promoter 's profile on the social network (for example, information about the number of people that viewed the profile, commented on or responded to the organizer's posts on his social network profile, aggregated anonymized demographic data – e.g. age, city or gender of such persons etc.). Meta has the primary responsibility for processing the data from these reports in line with its Privacy Policy. - Transfer to other countries – Personal data may be transferred outside the UK and the EEA, including the USA, by our third party-vendors acting as data processors on our behalf. For the transfer of personal data outside the UK and the EEA, appropriate safeguards have been adopted, including Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission, resp. the UK Addendum, and Binding Corporate Rules as applicable within UK.
- Children – Since individuals aged 18 and over can participate exclusively in the Promotion, no data belonging to persons under the age of 18 will be processed and stored. In the event that the Promoter receives personal data belonging to persons under the age of 18, this data will be immediately deleted/destroyed. If a parent or holder of the parental authority notifies the processing of personal data belonging to persons under the age of 18, the promoter will immediately delete/destroy this data from the processing and storage facilities.
- The protection of your personal data – The Promoter undertakes to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures in order to ensure a level of security corresponding to the personal data belonging to the participants of the Promotion. In assessing the appropriate level of security, account shall be taken in particular of the risks posed by the processing of personal data, caused in particular, by accident or illegally, by the destruction, loss, modification, unauthorised disclosure or unauthorised access to personal data transmitted, stored or processed.

- By entering this DUREX Social Media Photograph Prize Draw (the “Promotion”) you agree to these terms and conditions.
- The Promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over except for employees of the Reckitt group, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with the Promotion. In entering the Promotion you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
- The Promotion opens when the promotional post is posted on Instagram and closes at 23:59 on 06/07/2024 (the “Promotion Period”). No entries will be accepted after the end of the Promotion Period. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Late, incomplete, illegible or defaced entries will not be accepted. If the method of entry requires any action on any social media channel, you must be registered on the social media channel in order to enter the Promotion.
- To enter you must:

- 4.2. post your own photo taken at London Pride 2024 of the Durex parade float to your account (posts to stories will not be accepted); and

- The Winners will be selected at random drawn by an independently verified random draw generator from all compliant entries received during the Promotion Period. 4. How to Enter

4.1. One entry per valid receipt. You may enter more than once provided you comply with the entry requirements below and these terms and conditions.

4.2.1. purchase any Durex product from any Superdrug store in the UK or online at superdrug.co.uk from 00:01 22/05/2024 to and including 23:59 18/06/2024.
4.2.2. upload a copy or image of your receipt to https://www.durex.co.uk/pages/durex-tomorrowland before 23:59 18/06/2024 along with your name, e-mail address and date of birth (a “Superdrug Entry”)

4.3. One entry per transaction. You may enter more than once provided you comply with the entry requirements below and these terms and conditions.
4.4. How to enter:
4.4.1. purchase any Durex product at durex.co.uk from 00:01 22/05/2024 to and including 23:59 18/06/2024 and select the checkbox at checkout confirming you wish to be entered into the Promotion (a “Durex Website Entry”).
5. There will be two draws. All entrants through the Superdrug Entry will be entered into one draw (“Superdrug Draw”) and all entrants through the Durex Entry will be entered into another draw (“Durex Website Draw”).
6. There will be 5 x winners drawn from the Superdrug Draw and 2 x winners from the Durex Website Draw (the “Winners”).
7. The Winners will be selected at random drawn by an independently verified random draw generator from all compliant entries received during the Promotion Period. The Winners will be notified by phone, email or private message on social media (as applicable depending upon the entry method) within a maximum of 28 days of the Promotion closing. The Promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Prize:
8.1. There are 5 prizes for the Superdrug Draw, each consisting of:
8.1.1. the Tomorrowland Dreamville Magnificent Greens Tent 2P Package for Weekend 1 (19-21 July 2024); and
8.1.2. a £900 gift card for each Winner to be used as contribution towards travel costs.
8.2. There are 2 prizes for the Durex Website Draw, each consisting of:
8.2.1. the Tomorrowland Dreamville Magnificent Greens Tent 2P Package for Weekend 2 (26-28 July 2024); and
8.2.2. a £900 gift card for each Winner to be used as contribution towards travel costs.

8.3. The gift card must be used by the expiry date as stated on the gift card.
8.4. Gift card can be used as a form of payment using the methods shown on the gift card.
8.5. Gift card will be subject to the retailer’s terms and conditions.
8.6. The Winner(s) (and any travel companion(s)) may be required to provide appropriate government issued photo identification (such as a valid passport) at the time of travel, and are solely responsible for determining and obtaining all necessary travel documents, travel insurance and complying with all other travel requirements. The Promoter is not responsible for changes in schedule or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay.
8.7. The Winner(s) must bring a credit card for settlement of incidentals not included in the Prize and the Winner(s) shall be responsible for all other expenses not specified as forming part of the Prize.

18.2 Categories of personal data – Within the Promotion, the Promoter will collect from the participants the following categories of personal data based on the mechanism of entry into the promotion:
18.2.1 SUPERDRUG PURCHASE: Participants are invited to register their purchase from Superdrug stores on dedicated landing page launched from the Durex website including provision of personal data in scope of name, surname, contact details (email address) and proof of purchase in form of purchase receipt clearly stating date and time of purchase, purchased product and information on cash or card transaction.
18.2.2. DUREX E-COMMERCE SITE PURCHASE: Participants who wish to enter the promotion based on the purchase managed through Durex E-commerce site can do so by clicking on the designated box at the point of purchase. In such a case personal data in scope of name, surname, contact details (email address) and information about the product purchase will be processed for the purposes of the Promotion entry.
Provided that the participants will further consent to direct marketing on the Promoter´s website, Promoter may further utilize participants´ email address for marketing purposes as described on the Durex website.
WINNERS: Data of winners (name and surname) will be transferred by the Promoter to the organizers of the Tomorrowland festival for the issuance of tickets for festival entrance under the “DUREX” brand name. The winners may be asked by the festival organizers on-site to provide their ID to link their ticket to their credentials. The Promoter will not have access to the IDs and the processing in this phase is a sole responsibility of the festival organizer.
18.3. Purpose of the processing and legal basis – Participants’ personal data submitted in connection with the Promotion will be processed by the Promoter for the purpose of administering and managing the Promotion and, in particular, to (i) allow participants to enter in the Promotion, (ii) administer the Promotion, and (iii) deliver the prize to winners. Legal basis for this processing of participants’ personal data are these Terms & Conditions, which represent a contractual agreement between participants and the Promoter [ 6 (1) (b) (UK) GDPR].
Participant’s personal data is also processed for further purposes only if they consented to such additional purposes. With participants’ consent, personal data is also processed for (i) promoting the Promoter’s products related to designated brands in portfolio via email as part of broader Promoter’s direct marketing strategy [art. 6 (1) (a) (UK) GDPR].
18.4. Data retention – The Promoter will only retain participants’ personal data as long as reasonably required for the purposes as set out in this privacy policy or otherwise to comply with legal or regulatory requirements applicable to the Promoter. When participants’ personal data is processed (i) for the performance of a contract with the Promoter, the Promoter retains participants’ personal data for a period of 7 years following the end of the Promotion (solely for winners); (ii) for meeting legal and regulatory requirements, the Promoter retains participants’ personal data as it is set out by applicable laws; and (iii) in all other cases, participants’ personal data is processed for up to 2 years from the date of last interaction with participants (specifically for marketing purposes unless the participant opts-out from the newsletter distribution and/or profiling activities).
Data sharing – Personal data collected within the Promotion will be accessed, as data processor(s), by our third-party vendor(s) providing support and assistance in relation to the Promoter’s website, database or IT services and software. 18.5. Transfer to other countries – Personal data may be transferred outside the UK and the EEA, including the USA, by our third party-vendors acting as data processors on our behalf. For the transfer of personal data outside the UK and the EEA, appropriate safeguards have been adopted, including Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission, resp. the UK Addendum, as applicable within UK.
18.6. Children – Since individuals aged 18 and over can participate exclusively in the Promotion, no data belonging to persons under the age of 18 will be processed and stored. In the event that the Promoter receives personal data belonging to persons under the age of 18, this data will be immediately deleted/destroyed. If a parent or holder of the parental authority notifies the processing of personal data belonging to persons under the age of 18, the promoter will immediately delete/destroy this data from the processing and storage facilities.
18.7. The protection of your personal data – The Promoter undertakes to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures in order to ensure a level of security corresponding to the personal data belonging to the participants of the Promotion. In assessing the appropriate level of security, account shall be taken in particular of the risks posed by the processing of personal data, caused in particular, by accident or illegally, by the destruction, loss, modification, unauthorised disclosure or unauthorised access to personal data transmitted, stored or processed.

Terms and Conditions: Tomorrowland Promotion - Instagram Prize Draw
1. By entering this DUREX Social Media Prize Draw (the “Promotion”) you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. The Promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over except for employees of the Reckitt group, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with the Promotion. In entering the Promotion you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
3. The Promotion opens when the promotional post is posted on Instagram on 22/05/2024 and closes at 23:59 on 18/06/2024 (the “Promotion Period”). No entries will be accepted after the end of the Promotion Period. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Late, incomplete, illegible or defaced entries will not be accepted. If the method of entry requires any action on any social media channel, you must be registered on the social media channel in order to enter the Promotion.
4. To enter you must:
4.1. follow the Durex UK Instagram page;
4.2. ‘like’ the prize draw post; and
4.3. leave a comment in the comments section of the prize draw post tagging a friend.
5. There will be 1 winner (the “Winner”).
6. The Winner will be selected at random drawn by an independently verified random draw generator from all compliant entries received during the Promotion Period. The Winner will be notified by phone, email or private message on social media (as applicable depending upon the entry method) within a maximum of 28 days of the Promotion closing. The Promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Prize:
7.1. There is 1 prize in total. The prize includes:

7.1.2. a £900 gift card for each Winner to be used as contribution towards travel costs.
